Been using for a week now .
I’m a 49 year old man , usually lstrength training at gym , but recently spending more time on my peloton as I have a frozen shoulder which gets in the way as very painful.
So been riding my peloton bike around 120 miles a week.
Due to my shoulder pain my sleep has been terrible for six months , 2 days into using athanese my Apple Watch showed I was getting longer blocks of sleep without waking up.
So I guess that’s very important for recovery.
