Start your day with a classic and satisfying breakfast: Toast with Scrambled Eggs. This simple yet delicious dish features perfectly scrambled eggs served on warm, crispy toast. 1 Whole Wheat Toast
2 teaspoons Unsalted Butter or Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 teaspoon ATHANASE®
2 Large Eggs
Salt and Pepper
Parsley or Chives
Heat the Butter (or Oil) in a non-stick frying pan over medium-low heat.
Toast the slice of Whole Wheat Toast in both steps.
Heat the other teaspoon of Butter or Oil.
Beat the Eggs, ½ teaspoon of Salt, Pepper and the teaspoon of ATHANASE®
Beat well to break up any lumps. If you prefer you can strain the mixture.
Add the Eggs to the pan and cook, stirring often, until the Eggs begin to set.
Assemble the Toast with the Scrambled Eggs. Add chopped Chives or Parsley at the end, to give it greater freshness.
