60 DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE 

We trust you will love SALIENTS® products, so we invite you to try a product for up to 60 days. If you’re not happy in any way, please email us for a full refund.

TERMS

1. SALIENTS® 100% money-back guarantee applies to all products purchased within the last 60 days. If a product was purchased more than 60 days ago, the product is no longer refundable.

2. For orders where multiple units are purchased, only one opened unit will be eligible for a refund. The rest must be returned unopened to be eligible for a refund.

3. Customers who have received £60 in refunded product over a 6-month period are no longer guaranteed money back and will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

4. SALIENTS® cannot issue a refund on orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided. SALIENTS® will endeavour to change the shipping address where possible but this cannot be guaranteed.

5. SALIENTS® cannot issue a refund for orders where the shipment has gone missing and the tracking indicates a delivery has been successful. However, we will still endeavour to resolve this for you with a positive resolution.

6. Customers can choose to cancel their order any time up until shipment. However, this may not always be possible in which case, upon delivery of the product, the customer can e-mail us to start a return.

7. Please be advised that we are unable to provide a refund to customers who have attempted to resell our products without authorisation.
