Thank you for your interest in pre-ordering ATHANASE®. The following terms govern the pre-orders placed for ATHANASE®, which is currently out of stock but delivered to you by 31st May. By placing a pre-order, you agree to adhere to these terms.
Availability
ATHANASE® is anticipated to be back in stock and delivered to you by 31st May. Whilst it is unlikely that there will be any delays, this date is an estimate and may change due to unforeseen variables. We will keep you informed of any changes regarding the delivery schedule, including if your order will be delivered earlier than expected.
Pre-Order Process
Pre-orders are processed in the order in which they are received. To secure your order, please visit the following link: ATHANASE® Pre-Order. Your payment will be charged at the time of placing the pre-order.
Pricing
The price listed on the pre-order page includes all applicable taxes and fees. The total price paid at checkout is final and will not be adjusted for any subsequent price changes or promotions.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order. We accept payments via major credit cards and other digital payment methods facilitated through our website.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before it ships. To cancel, please contact our customer service team at hello@salients.co. Cancellations will be processed within 5 business days, and a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Shipping
Orders will be shipped via Amazon Logistics once back in stock. Orders will be delivered by 31st May. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Changes to Order
If you need to make any changes to your shipping address or order details, please contact our customer service team at least 48 hours before the estimated delivery date.
