It takes a while to get used to the taste, but I find the best way is to make sure it's mixed well and just smash it down! I have improved energy throughout the day, improved sleep at night. On my second bag now!

It's only been a couple of days, and im not noticing much difference, but im sure time will tell. The product is much better when mixed with a drink of choice.

Have been using Athanase now for several weeks and found it to be amazing. Absolutely love it 👍

Feel great after 2 weeks of taking..once you get past the earth taste it's fine. Would recomend

For someone in their 80s I wondered, "is it worth it"? However, I have tried it and I think it has helped with my energy levels.
I'm not jumping over fences but I do not feel my age!
It was difficult ar first, the taste and the look of it can put you off, but I percervied.
I now take mine, in one go, no sipping, and with honey, a taste I can enjoy.

Very good product feel the difference from taking it would highly recommend it to others

Mixed with apple juice it’s palatable, it’s the only thing I can take it with, hopefully the health benefits are worth it!

I’m halfway through my first bag taking two scoops a day. So far I’ve definitely felt I’ve been sleeping better and deeper which is improving recovery. I’m going to try another bag to see if any more benefits as it’s still early days but I’m gonna stick with it. As for the taste I was a bit apprehensive before I bought because of reviews saying how bad it tasted but I think it’s really not that bad. I drink it two scoops in water straight down and it’s fine just tastes a bit earthy

Tastes awful but may be beneficial so I'll keep on it the time being.
