I've been using athanase for a while now and physically I'm seeing good gains all over my whole body! Doing this along side thai chi and HIT workouts, and feeling amazing. I'm definitely ordering it again, going forward I'll be having this everyday!

I don't usually go for things I see on the web, but I've honestly not been feeling myself (mood wise), so I though why not. After taking this, I've been somewhat sleeping better, not to mention I seem to have better focus/energy. Overall I've decided to incorporate this as part of maintenance routine to see the long-term benefits.

Take every morning before gym and gives me great every through the day . Taste gets some getting used to but after a week It’s fine

The first week I tried this, my sleep was quite badly affected. I now take first thing in the morning and sleep has gone back to normal. A few weeks in now and I feel I generally have more enegy. I plan to take for the rest of the year and then see the outcome.

Feeling strong, focussed and happy
I must admit, I was sceptical about this product, but actually I’m now a lifetime customer. I feel strong mentally physically and emotionally when I’m taking this supplement. I can genuinely feel the difference if I don’t I take it!! I mix it with my morning vitamin supplements (it numbs the taste a little 🤣)
Been on Athanase it for two months now and I can’t see me ever stopping, why would I… keep doing what’s working… excellent product thank you team!!!!

I FEEL GREAT
It takes a while to get used to the taste, but I find the best way is to make sure it's mixed well and just smash it down! I have improved energy throughout the day, improved sleep at night. On my second bag now!
It's only been a couple of days, and im not noticing much difference, but im sure time will tell. The product is much better when mixed with a drink of choice.

You're Never too Old
For someone in their 80s I wondered, "is it worth it"? However, I have tried it and I think it has helped with my energy levels.
I'm not jumping over fences but I do not feel my age!
It was difficult ar first, the taste and the look of it can put you off, but I percervied.
I now take mine, in one go, no sipping, and with honey, a taste I can enjoy.
