Too early to tell
Been taking athanase for a couple of weeks, no real difference yet apart from sleep has improved a bit, might take a while longer to notice any other differences but will definitely stick with it, taste not that bad, I mix it with a flavoured electrolyte and some creatine.

Very nice product, something to get used to as don't normally have drinks if u can feel bits in it, but keeping in mind the goodness in this product helps and not too bad on that side anyway, think I'm feeling better but time will tell as only couple weeks in and my body has a lot to work through 😊

I’ve wanted to try Athanase for some time after seeing it advertised for months and finally took the leap last month. Though it’s only early I’m finding a subtle difference in energy and overall wellbeing. Excited for the months to come!
Making a difference
I have been using my new Athanase product for approximately 2wks and it might be in my head (but that’s where everything in the body starts - from a thought process and is then transported to the desired parts of the body right?) and I’ve recently
Changed how I train and I’m finding my body is reacting in such a positive way with less aching joints and definitely MORE Sleep (and regular morning glory 👆🏻 if you know what I mean?)
So I shall be continuing to use this and purchase another pouch when the time comes.

100 percent would recommend- I’ve never been a fan of supplements but this is definitely something different with all the natural ingredients and benefits
