A Simple Recipe with Water

Been taking athanase for a few weeks now, it definitely feels like I’m sleeping and recovering a lot better than previously. I mix mine in with my post training shake, as the taste is not great on its own.

I have just nearly finished my first bag and it’s really helped with my energy levels at the gym. Everybody will have different reactions and experiences am just glad mine is positive !

Not enough options on the market, and this stuff gives you everything you need to start your day! Taste isn’t great, but I mix my flavoured creatine and BCAA’s with it and it which makes the taste almost disappear. 💪🏻
