Overnight oats are a simple, nutritious, and delicious make-ahead breakfast that requires no cooking. This versatile dish can be customized with a variety of flavors and toppings, such as fresh fruits, nuts, seeds, honey, or nut butters. Whether you prefer a classic combination like banana and peanut butter or something more indulgent like chocolate and berries, overnight oats provide a healthy, fiber-rich start to your day. Just mix, refrigerate, and enjoy a wholesome breakfast straight from the fridge!
½ Cup rolled Oats.
1 Tablespoon ATHANASE®
1 Cup Milk
1 Teaspoon Chia
½ Sliced Banana
Some Nuts or Cranberries for garnish
Mix the base ingredients: In an airtight jar or container, combine the oats, one tablespoon of ATHANASE®, the milk, and the chia seeds. Stir thoroughly to ensure the ATHANASE® is fully dissolved and evenly mixed with the oats.
Let stand: Seal the jar or container and refrigerate it overnight, ideally for 6-8 hours, allowing the oats to absorb the milk and fully hydrate. The chia seeds will also help thicken the mixture.
Serve in the morning: The next day, take the jar out of the fridge and give the mixture a stir. The oats should be soft and fully hydrated.
Garnish:Top with banana slices, a handful of walnuts, or fresh blueberries.
