No Bake Blueberry Energy Bars with ATHANASE

Directions

1. Add all ingredients, in a blender or food processor and blend until well combined. The mixture should be sticky.

2. Grab a baking tray and line it with parchment paper.

3. Fill the tray with the mixture and form in to a thick rectangle.

4. Cover with parchment paper and press firmly into shape so that the bars do not crumble when cut.

5. Refrigerate for 2 hours and cut into even bars - Enjoy!
