It really has shown to work very well and took about couple weeks to really show results. I am a 50 year old man and would always feel low on energy and labido but ever since I’ve been using albeit only once a day I have what I was losing fast in the past couple of years. From a personal experience I've been using this supplement for just over 2 months and haven't felt a single benefit from it whatsoever. Not a single aspect of my training has improved, nor has it had any other effects on my wellbeing.others may disagree and say it's wonderful.however, my personal experience is its a waste of money.
