250g ground Chicken
1 Egg
½ scoop ATHANASE®
¼ cup ground Oatmeal
1 clove Garlic, minced
½ teaspoon Mustard
¼ teaspoon Sweet Paprika (optional)
Salt and Pepper to taste
Prepare the mixture: In a bowl, combine the chicken, egg, ATHANASE®, ground oats, and seasonings. Mix and knead until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Form and cook: Divide the mixture into two large portions or four mini patties, then shape them with your hands. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for 15-20 minutes.
Optional: Top with a healthy sauce, like a mixture of yogurt and mustard.
