1 large ripe Banana
1 Egg
½ tablespoon ATHANASE®
¼ cup Oat Flour
½ teaspoon Baking Powder
1 pinch Salt
1 tablespoon Milk (if the mixture is too dry)
Get the ingredients ready: In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork, then add the egg and mix until well combined.
Combine the dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the ATHANASE®, oat flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add this dry mixture to the mashed banana mixture, stirring until the batter is smooth and well blended.
Baking: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Pour the mixture into a small greased or parchment-lined baking pan and bake for 15-18 minutes.
Cool and slice: Allow a few minutes for the biscuits to cool before cutting them into squares.
