½ cup rolled Oats
1 cup Coconut Vegetable Drink
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds
½ tablespoon ATHANASE®
1 teaspoon shredded Coconut
1 pinch Cinnamon (optional)
Fresh fruit for garnish (such as mango or banana)
Salt and Pepper to taste
½ tablespoon cooking Olive Oil
Prepare the base: In a small saucepan, combine the oats, coconut plant-based drink, chia seeds, ATHANASE®, and shredded coconut.
Cook: Simmer over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens and the oats are soft.
Serve: Transfer the porridge into a serving bowl.
