🥣 Turn Any Smoothie Into a Smoothie Bowl

Freeze the bananas beforehand and add ice before blending to produce a thick, edible smoothie you can eat with a spoon. Top with granola, fresh fruit, or chia seeds.

🌙 Overnight Oats
Step 1 — The Night Before

Combine the following ingredients in a large glass or jar and leave in the fridge overnight:

Figs • Oats • Chia Seeds • Splash of Milk • Chocolate Whey Powder • ATHANASE®
