I’ve been taking this every morning for the last couple of months certainly wakes me up without the crash. The taste isn’t great but you
Soon get used to it

Only a week or so in so is a bit early to tell but feel a little happier and more energetic, I don’t lift big weights so that won’t change for me, I put it in my protein shake at lunchtime which makes it taste a little easier, will give it a month then make another review
